1. Agreement
By downloading or using KitchenDesign, you agree to these supplemental terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls.
You must be at least 13 and old enough to enter into this agreement where you live. If you use the app for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. The service
KitchenDesign lets you submit a room photo, choose design controls, generate an AI concept, refine it, and save versions locally on your iPhone. No account is required. The available rooms, styles, controls, models, and features may change as the service improves.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in photos and instructions you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the requested service.
You confirm that you have permission to submit the photo and other content and that doing so does not violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights. Do not submit highly sensitive, confidential, illegal, or harmful material.
4. AI concepts are not professional plans
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, impractical, non-unique, or inconsistent with the original room. Features, materials, dimensions, lighting, and structural details may be invented or altered. Review important decisions with qualified professionals and verify dimensions, codes, costs, availability, and safety before buying or building anything.
We ask the model to preserve unrequested areas during a refinement, but we cannot guarantee pixel-identical preservation or a particular result.
5. Plans, credits, and App Store billing
- New installations receive one complimentary Standard design.
- Standard generation uses 1 credit; High Detail uses 2 credits total. Refinements are generations and use the quality cost displayed before confirmation.
- Subscription credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- One-time credit packs are consumable App Store purchases. Included plan credits are used first. Current-version pack balances are stored on the same app installation and do not restore after app deletion or on another device.
- Prices, taxes, billing, cancellation, family-sharing eligibility, and refunds are handled by Apple and may vary by storefront. Your purchase is not complete until Apple confirms it.
Use Plan & Usage in the app to view the current balance, restore an eligible subscription, or open Apple's subscription management. For a refund request, use Apple's Report a Problem.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use KitchenDesign to violate law or another person's rights; submit content you do not have permission to use; attempt to identify, harass, exploit, or harm a person; bypass rate limits, credits, security, or purchase controls; reverse engineer the service except where law permits; or interfere with the app, Worker, providers, or other users.
We may limit or suspend service access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, providers, users, or the public, or to comply with law.
7. Availability and responsibility
Generation relies on your connection and third-party services, so completion time and availability can vary. We may correct errors, update features, or discontinue functionality. To the extent allowed by law, the app and service are provided as described in the Apple Standard EULA, including its warranty and liability provisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Apple is not responsible for our privacy practices or support.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an effective update means the updated terms apply, except where additional notice or consent is required.
